DCCD Properties is a Cape Town based multi-faceted property company that covers the management, development and construction of high end residential properties, retail spaces, commercial buildings and industrial properties.
Our preference is to project manage builds from the inception phase taking into account all professional appointments, costing of the project, setting budgets and the appointment of all sub contractors, managing the process from start to finish.
DCCD development skill set includes the implementation of green, renewable materials and technologies.Our goal is to ensure that all homes we develop operate as effciently as possible utilising a combination of solar and PV(Photovoltaic) energy.
